My experience with MAG Capital has been nothing short of exceptional. Their communication is consistently clear and proactive, and the fund's performance has been exactly as they projected. The steady distributions, which have been consistent for multiple years, are a testament to their disciplined approach. Out of the five operators I invested with around the same time, MAG is the only one that has consistently met or exceeded my expectations and initial projections. They are a true standout in the syndication space.

Mag Capital is legit. I've been invested for several years in 2 deals: one single asset deal and one fund. Their results have been in line with their projections and I believe their team understands and is able to capitalize in opportunities in the industrial NNN space.

I believe MAG Capital Partners is strong in the industrial space with deep relationships with brokers to keep the pipeline full for acquisitions. I like the Sale Leaseback/Triple Net Lease model. It's a cash flow fund. Their projections were 7% + Cash on Cash, however from my T12 distributions we're coming in at 6.25%. No cause for alarm and we'll see how the next year performs. The investor relations contact, Amanda O., is great and really does a good job connecting with people. I like the diversification in the Industrial Real Estate space.
